TENNIS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

FROM FIRST STEPS

TO HIGH PERFORMANCE.

ASSESS | PLAN | TRAIN | RE-ASSESS

Evidence-based athletic development for junior, competitive and high-performance tennis athletes.

BASELINE APPROACH

HOW BASELINE PERFORMANCE WORKS

ASSESS

Every athlete begins with a Performance Assessment to identify strengths, movement quality and key development priorities.

PLAN

An individualised training plan is built around your assessment results, goals and stage of development.

TRAIN

Develop strength, speed, movement and resilience through structured, progressive training.

RE-ASSESS

Measure progress, refine your program and set new performance priorities every 6–8 weeks to keep you improving.

Progression Pathway

At Baseline Performance we believe in the right training at the right time. Every athlete follows a clear development pathway. We assess movement, strength and athletic ability to place them in the right program at the right time—and help them progress as they grow.
